Fakhr-e-Alam Arrives in Pakistan with Mission Parwaaz

Fakhr e Alam marked the seventh day of his journey with Mission Parwaaz, landing today in Karachi. He arrived at the Hajj Terminal, CAA VIP lounge, CAA Headquarters. His journey started from KCLW Clearwater Airpark, Tampa Florida, USA, to circumnavigate the globe in 28 days, covering 31 cities and 25 countries.

Mission Parwaaz, Fakhr’s childhood dream of flying, turned into a reality when in the year 2015 he received his private pilot license in Florida, USA. The same year he announced an attempt to circumnavigate the globe in a single-engine aircraft which is now, in 2018, being brought to life.

At the moment of Fakhr’s arrival in Karachi, Governor Sindh, Mr. Imran Ismail, received Fakhr-e-Alam at the airport with zeal and enthusiasm. On such a patriotic occasion, while addressing the media, Mr. Ismail said, “This is a very proud moment for the entire nation. We all are extremely happy and proud of Fakhr-e-Alam. His enthusiasm and desire to set a world record is commendable.”

To support Mission Parwaaz, all the leading media channels and renowned celebrities of Pakistan; Faysal Quraishi, Ayesha Omer, Zhalay Sarhadi, Maria Wasti, Sanam Agha, Asim Jofa, Juni Zayed, Sohail Javed, Nadeem Jaffery, and Furqan T. Siddiqui were present at the airport to welcome the National Hero. Fakhr was overwhelmed and thanked his fellow-colleagues and friends for welcoming him with such a grand gesture
