Ehd-e-Wafa, a joint production of ISPR and Momina Duraid Productions and currently the most watched and highest rated drama has kept the audiences glued to their tv screens ever since its first episode. The reason for its popularity is its engaging script, immaculate direction and brilliant acting. The fans’ anticipation for the serial skyrocketed after the announcement was made to screen the grand finale in select cinemas across the country. Among the speculations by fans and critics about the possible ending of the drama, the makers have dropped a high-octane trailer of the serial’s grand finale which has taken social media by storm.
Coinciding with the ‘Surprise Day’ celebrations today, the trailer also has a surprise for the audience showing a glimpse of Humayun Saeed as an army officer interrogating Wing Commander AbhinandanVarthaman and we must say that ‘the start is fantastic’. The trailer also shows flashbacks of SSG boys and Captain Saad (Ahad Raza Mir) answering his call of duty in a grand action sequence at the Line of Control in Kashmir. The patriotic and heroic scenes of our brave fighters at the LoC give the viewers goosebumps and leave us wanting more of the action sequence.
Written by Mustafa Afridi and directed by Muhammad Saife Hasan, the grand finale of Ehd-e-Wafa will be screened in select cinemas nationwide from March 14, 2020 and will be aired on HUM TV and PTV on March 15, 2020. The play boasts a stellar cast comprising Ahad Raza Mir, Ahmed Ali, Osman Khalid Butt, Zara Noor Abbas, Vaneeza Ahmed, Alizay Shah, Wahaj Ali, Adnan Samad Khan, HajraYamin and others.
