Saima Bargfrede becomes official Makeup and Hair Expert for brands L’Oreal Paris and Maybelline New York

L’Oreal Pakistan has announced Saima Bargfrede, as its official Makeup and Hair Expert for brands L’Oreal Paris and Maybelline New York. Saima, an international hair and makeup artist based out of Belgium, has worked with L’Oreal for multiple engagements and brand campaigns over the last two years.
“We are thrilled to welcome Saima Bargfrede on board for our Makeup, Hair Colour and Hair Care projects. Saima Bargfrede started her career in hair and makeup in 1991 in Pakistan, completing her advanced courses from London, including training with Vidal Sassoon. Her career took many geographic turns, expanding her experience across several markets in a short span of time. Saima worked in the USA in 2004, following which she returned to Pakistan in 2006. A year later, she moved to Africa where she worked in the beauty and fashion industry for four years, until finally settling in Belgium in 2011. Her European assignments comprise mainly of fashion shows and editorial shoots, leading her to put her stamp on various leading publications including Vogue.
“Having previously worked on a few different projects with L’Oreal in Pakistan, I am thrilled to take on my new role for the 2017-18 campaigns and projects for L’Oreal Paris and Maybelline New York. It also gives me the opportunity to stay close to the pulse of my homeland and work closely with L’Oreal to bring the latest international trends to Pakistan”. said Saima Bargfrede, L’Oreal Pakistan’s new Makeup & Hair Expert.
Most recently, Saima Bargfrede has worked on the Maybelline Maker Women campaign, and is also co-creating L’Oreal Paris’ couture makeup and hair trends for the wedding season which are to be released as part of PFDC L’Oreal Paris Bridal Week.
