Global logistics industry market leader DHL and Pakistan’s first corporate wellness company Welcorp have partnered together to launch a wellness winning challenge. Welcorp officially launched The Biggest Loser Challenge at DHL, on Feb 18th, 2016. The challenge will span over 8-weeks.
A company cannot be strong without healthy employees; and the everyday choices we make can help us live healthier, happier, and more fulfilling lives – both at work and at home. Progressive organizations such as DHL firmly believe that quality health plays a crucial role in the success of a company and have taken up the challenge to promote workplace health and wellbeing amongst employees.
During this eight week long activity, Welcorp’s aim is to work with all participants to help achieve cutting down their unhealthy habits, strengthening their self-belief, focusing on the end goal; how to achieve it and how to come out a winner, not focusing on their limits (because there are NONE!), increasing their confidence and self-esteem and making healthier lifestyle choices that last even after the challenge is over
Workplace Wellness is still an evolving aspect of Pakistan’s corporate culture, hence it is a pleasant surprise to see the number of participants and how open they are to making positive changes to their lifestyle and health. Through this challenge Welcorp hopes to build a competitive drive among all participants in a fun and healthy way where everyone is a winner!
